What is Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are fields of computer science that involve the development of algorithms and statistical models that enable computers to perform tasks that would typically require human intelligence, such as understanding natural language, recognizing images, and making decisions.

Additionally, training providers would use examples and practical case studies to illustrate the concepts, providing hands-on experience by working on projects or exercises that involve building and testing Al and ML models using Python. Python is a popular language for Al and ML due to its large community and the availability of powerful libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and PyTorch, that make it easy to implement, and run models.

Mr. Imran Bin Ishkandar, 

Software Engineer

Mr. Imran Bin Ishkandar graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Computer Systems) from University Putra Malaysia in 2021 and had participated in a student exchange programmed in the Faculty of Computer Science & Mathematics at Regensburg University of Applied Sciences in Bavaria, Germany, for 6 months in 2020.

Mr. Imran had worked as an IT contract staff in several government organisations in Malaysia, such as the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI) and the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) main building in the Federal Territory of Putrajaya in 2021.

Currently, Mr. Imran is working as a software engineer at TechCapital MyRO, developing full-stack and Odoo enterprise resource planning applications aside from managing the IT department. He is also one of the professional trainers for Intelligent Smart Manufacturing Technology (iSmart) for the Internet of Things, cybersecurity, database management systems, and cloud computing courses.

Able to communicate in three (3) foreign languages, including English, German, and Arabic, Mr. Imran is enthusiastic on creating professional networks with technologists from the United States, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East.

Understand and use popular Python libraries and frameworks for machine learning, such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.

2. Data Preprocessing

Understand and use techniques for data preparation and pre-processing, such as feature extraction normalization, and dimensionality reduction.

3. Python Basics

Understand and use the Python programming language, including basic syntax, data types, and control structures.

4. Concepts

Understand and apply fundamental machine learning concepts, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, regression and classification, and model evaluation.
